Group Director of Operations

Are you a strategic leader with a proven track record in clinical operations management? If so, Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers is looking for a Group Director of Operations to drive business growth and operational excellence across our regional clinics on the West Coast. This role will involve crafting and executing corporate strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring top-notch performance and compliance at the group level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee regional leadership and all clinics within the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans that support organizational goals, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate on budget planning and management to meet financial targets, focusing on cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and conduct regular evaluations to track progress, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Resource Optimization: Manage staffing, equipment, and supplies to enhance productivity and minimize waste across all clinics.
  • Reporting & Improvement: Report on regional performance, creating and implementing quality improvement initiatives to boost patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, company policies, and healthcare standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate direct reports, addressing employee relations and disciplinary actions with HR support.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including providers and departmental leadership.
  • Recruitment & Training: Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for regional staff and providers.
  • Community Engagement: Collaborate with Marketing to drive community engagement and referral networks.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on advancements in healthcare technology and best practices to enhance the business platform.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of progressive clinical operations management experience, ideally in a specialty or mental health care setting.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g., AdvancedMD), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other relevant software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Competencies:

  • Advanced understanding of clinical and operational practices, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Proven success in leading and developing multi-level teams within a corporate structure.
  • Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities with a diverse population.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Environment: Professional office setting with moderate noise levels.
  • Activities: Regular use of office equipment, periods of sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds and travel as needed.
