Regional Director, Revenue Cycle Management

Greenbrook TMS NeuroCenters is seeking a remote Regional Director, Revenue Cycle who is responsible for setting, maintaining, and reporting revenue cycle metrics and measures; identifying trends; and developing/implementing action plans to respond to fluctuations. Overseeing high level projects by identifying payer trends and risk aiding in cashflow improvements and compliance standards. Experience with large Regional System based performance across the United States.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:

  • Set and analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data and coordinate revenue cycle analytics for key functions, utilizing available data; quantify expected revenue impact and other characteristics supporting prioritization decision
  • Understand and apply disciplined root-cause analysis and conduct detailed monthly operations reviews that are dependent on key metrics to ensure fast, steady progress in operations performance and improvements
  • Develop initiative to increase operational rigor, adopt industry best practices, and improve standardization of work processes
  • Serve as a liaison promoting collaboration and communication between RCM employees and other Greenbrook stakeholders (including but not limited to physician office staff, finance, operations, IT, Managed Care and Credentialing) to address strategic challenges
  • Meets regularly with organizational administrators to share and receive information
  • Assure compliance with all regulatory agencies
  • Interact regularly with executive team and individual department heads to ensure operational priorities are met
  • Maintains privacy and confidentiality per policy and HIPAA regulations
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline from an accredited college preferred
  • Five years of relevant work experience and network management
  • Three solid and continuous years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience in related position required
  • Maintain current knowledge and adhere to appropriate regulatory standards such as Medicare
  • Advanced computer and Office skills: specifically, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; experience with AdvanceMD
  • Skill in general use of spreadsheet, database and word-processing software
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to gather and interpret clinical and financial data
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word and MS Excel
  • Creative, strategic, and analytical skills
  • Must possess leadership and persuasive skills
  • Ability to influence others in a dotted-line matrixed organizational structure
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environment

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Work environment will be stressful at times, as overall office activities and work levels fluctuate
  • Ability to travel as needed
